Apprenticeship Grants are available for trade apprentices aged up to 25 years of age who live in ME1 and ME2 and who have successfully completed their first year apprenticeship (at least) and wish to continue for a subsequent year.  Their apprenticeship placement does not have to be located in ME1 or ME2.

An application form must be completed by the apprentice supported by their employer and must give some details of why the monies are needed e.g. additional study costs, tools, protective clothing or equipment, travel costs for studying .

Grants do not need to be repaid.

Awards will be made at the Trustees’ discretion.

Apprentices may apply more than once over the years of the apprenticeship.
